14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNDIATA SOLUTIONS, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

IN NO EVENT WILL SUNDIATA SOLUTIONS, LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sundiata Solutions, LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in courts located in California, unless otherwise required by law.
